Cora has an impressive background in fastpitch. She is an ASA Certified Softball Coach with six years of collegiate coaching experience among the NAIA, NCAA Division II and NCAA Division III levels, and ten years of experience coaching at the youth and travel level.

Cora received her Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science with a minor in Spanish at Concordia College in Moorhead. While at Concordia, Cora played on the softball team for 4 years and served as the team captain her senior year. After she graduated from Concordia, Cora attended the University of Jamestown as a Graduate Assistant for the softball team while earning her Master of Arts degree in Leadership with a specialty in Healthcare. After she graduated from Jamestown, Cora went on to be the assistant head coach at University of South Carolina - Beaufort, and 2 years as head coach at Northland College in Ashland Wisconsin. This last year she was an assistant coach with the MSUM softball team.
